National Administrators Credential The National Child Care Association has approved this educational program as meeting the criteria for continuing education for the
National Administrator Credential.

We are now offering e-courses for directors interested in expanding their knowledge base and finding a community of colleagues, all from the comfort of their own offices. These excellent, targeted professional development opportunities are designed to be completed over your lunch hour, center nap time or afternoon down time. Each class is tailored to the specific scheduling and learning needs of the participating center and staff. Planning for Individual Professional Development of Teachers: The Director’s Role
This course will focus on creating and implementing individual professional development plans for early childhood teachers. The course will prepare program directors to conduct training needs assessment, create development objectives, match training needs to training techniques, and to work in partnership with teachers to craft individual plans using a suggested format. Special attention will also be given to the rational for individual professional development plans and the stages of teacher development that impact training needs.
